My Precious, Zoya Charla

Hi Kids!
I have no nail art to show you today. I'm trying to recuperate from what is the busiest Day of the year at the Restaurant- Mother's Day. As a consolation I'm bringing you my Mother's Day mani;
Zoya, Charla
In the shade-

In full sun-

If you don't have Zoya, Charla, *RUN*, do not walk, to the Zoya website and order it STAT!!! Better yet, participate in their Nail Polish Exchange, and swap for it!
Zoya, Charla is beyond gorgeous. I have yet to see a swatch that comes close to how utterly spectacular this polish truly is!  Looking amazing in all light conditions, Charla is, in my opinion, the Superstar of bling polishes.
My only gripe is the name...it does not match the beauty of this polish. I wonder... how do the people at Zoya go about choosing names? I associate the name Charla with Charla Nash , the woman who got her face mauled by a friend's monkey. (WARNING!- Link takes you to the Google Image search page results for Charla Nash. If you're squeamish, please do not click.)
A big "F" to whoever was responsible for naming this glorious polish Charla.

Anyway...a BIG thank you to all who left comments on my last few posts!!! After today, I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things with replies and my own comments to Blog posts.

I'm going to spend the rest of my day doing some chores. Later on, I'm going to spend some time looking through my 23, new fauxnad plates from Chez-delaney!!!

I can't tell you how I suffer hearing about the Zoya exchange available to you in the US. Torture.
A question. How smooth is it? How gritty? Glorious.

That Charla Nash story is so awful.  I hope she gets her face transplant.  :(

The nail polish however is gorgeous.

I'm so glad I ordered this color in the Zoya exchange. It looks elegant on you.

I'm so in love with this color! I'm gonna have to break down and buy this polish. I hope you get so well deserved rest.

The only other Charla I know of was on the Amazing Race.  She was a contestant and a little person.  Very strong, personable and lovely.  I think of her when I see this polish.  I have a good image of this polish name.  It's a gorgeous shade and one that I have to buy.
