Layered fauxnad!

Hi Kids!
Nailene Acrylic Strong does NOT make a good topcoat for 'nadding, unless you're hardcore into the smudged look. Wanna know just how bad this topcoat is? The stamping polishes I used for this mani were not stamping polishes, they were regular polishes!
I'm really disappointed because I had planned on wearing this mani for a couple of days.

Smudge City

Nails were sponged with polish, followed by the stamping of several floral images over the sponged areas in matching polish colors. The design was then accented with black stamping and black sequins.
If anyone is interested in the colors and plates used, please ask in comments.

That's such a shame...it was really really beautiful before the smudges. :(

Oh no, such a beautiful mani. How long did you let it dry before applying the topcoat?

Yes, please share what you used :D

Wow, how beautiful! I didn't notice any smearing until that last picture but even then it didn't matter, it is still stunning! Please share what you used, I am always on the hunt for "normal" polishes that work with Konading.

I didn't notice the smearing either until the last photo. It's a beautiful manicure still!

I'm with the other commenters--I can only tell from the last picture. It's a gorgeous mani! I love the colors!

Can't really tell that it smeared. Looks like it was meant to look almost like a tie-dyed effect.

How frustrating that must have been. Love the mani and I am guessing the pics are from before top coat until the last pic. Because up until the last picture it looks great.

I really like the sequins on this. Yah, that Nailene topcoat isn't the best - however, I use it for securing nail art bits - that's one thing it does a decent job of. As top coat. nope. Sorry it ruined your hard work!
